APEX – S.T.R.O.N.G. – Refuel

Dear Families, 

 Today The Apex Team taught us the meaning of “Refuel”. We learned we need to pay attention to our minds and bodies, and take time to refuel with good, healthy choices such as eating fruits and vegetables, getting great sleep and drinking water! 

*Important note: Pledges must be entered online to count towards our class total, so please be sure to log them on at www.myapexevent.com. You can also bring cash and checks to class and the Apex team can log them in for you. Use the share wizard located on your students Apex website. It is an easy and great way to get pledges!!! 

Tonight’s challenge is the class with the most pledges by Monday gets to have a water balloon party!!!
